In view of the shortcomings of traditional mineral reserve calculation methods,a new mineral reserve calculation method is put forward.In which taking GIS as tool,utilizing the influence range of Voronoi diagram of planar point-sets of drill holes and the features of TIN,programming by VB6 under the environment of ESRI ArcObjects,the mineral reserves inside any shaped region can be automatically calculated and dynamically maintained.
