Quality of graduate student training is a main work of graduate student training department.Based on summing up many-year experiences in management of graduate student,the authors put forward four points of management that should be strengthened: normalization of admissions process,quality monitoring of training process,controlling quality of dissertation and building of tutor team.This is helpful to improving quality of graduate student training in science and technology institutes.
