A deep analysis of the developmental Status and trends of China macroeconomic,nonferrous metals industry and other brother institutes,is made.As viewed from market competition,The advantages and disadvantages of Changsha Institute of Mining Research(CIMR) developing during the "eleventh five-year plan" are analyzed.It is believed that for CIMR the external development environment during the "eleventh five-year plan" is good,and advantage factors of market competition are more than disadvantage factors.
