Abstract:The development history of science & technology industry in the past 20 years in Changsha Institute of Mining Research(CIMR) is reviewed.Problems on concept,enterprise strategy and capital structure etc in the development of science & technology industry in CIMR are analyzed.According to this,some countermeasures such as concept innovation and focal capacity cultivation etc are presented.
