According to complex mining conditions of low-grade orebody in a certain mine,the author put forward a technical plan of composite caving mining,.The on-site experimental research of this mining plan under condition of fill-body roof was made and resulted in good results.At present,this mining method is being generalized in this mine.A brief introduction to present situation of mining method for flat inclined ore-body in China and other countries and a detail description of stope structure and mining technology related to composite caving mining are made.
