For the purpose of improving the rationality and reliability of pile design,on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of pile's static load Q-S curve,a "one element multi item format" is adopted to fit and predict a pile's Q-S curve.The practice indicates that "one element multi item format" can properly fit pile's Q-S curve and accurately predict its limit bearing capacity.
