Abstract:This paper establishes a dynamic model on the longitudinal vibration of belt conveyor system with finite elemental method and a simulation module of driving system with squirrel-cage motor and hydraulic coupling device using the neural networks toolbox of Matlab/Simulink software.It also creates simulation model of the established dynamic model of belt conveyor system with Matlab/Simulink software,and simulates the starting course of belt conveyor system by properly setting simulation parameters,so that all dynamic parameters of conveyor at random time during running are computed,such as displacement,velocity,acceleration and tension of any belt units.And output data are visualized,so as to control stability and security of the belt conveyor during starting.
