    摘要:

    为了克服常规工艺高能耗、低效益的缺点,充分利用铀矿资源,针对某碱性铀矿石碳酸盐含量高、铀品位低的特点,开展了堆浸法提取铀的研究。首先进行了酸法搅拌浸出实验、碱法搅拌浸出实验、焙烧去除有机物实验、原矿加温浸出实验、焙烧矿石的加温碱法浸出实验研究。实验结果表明,在常温下的搅拌浸出其浸出率只有65%左右,加温搅拌浸出可达80%左右,找到了从这种低品位碱性铀矿石中浸出铀的有效方法,为下一步堆浸浸出试验研究提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to overcome disadvantages of conventional leaching technique such as high energy consumption and low productive benefit,and get better utilization of uranium resource,the study on uranium extraction from certain alkaline uranium ore with heap leaching process have been carried out according to the characteristics of the ore such as high content of carbonate and low grade of uranium.The experiments of acid agitation leaching,alkaline agitation leaching,removing organic material with roasting,the heating leaching of original ore and the heating alkaline leaching of roasted ore were carried out.The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of agitation leaching at ambient temperature is only about 65%,the leaching rate of heating leaching with original ore is about 80%.An effective process to extract uranium from the lower grade alkaline uranium ore was found out so as to supply the base to extended tests of heap leaching.
