The integration of mine resources and environment is a theoretical framework containing two basic parts: first,mine resources are the components of mine environment which have economic value.It is inevitable for mine environment to be changed in the process of mineral exploitation.The problems in the environment are often the results of unreasonable utilization of mineral resources;second,the mine wastes can be seen as unused resources.In this paper,the framework of integration of mine resources and environment is discussed.Under the framework,according to the problems caused by the mining in Diaojiang river basin,such as resources waste and serious environmental pollution,the some countermeasures for the sustainable exploitation of mineral resources in this drainage basin are put forward. this paper comes up with.
