Combining with Kolmogrov's law,an neural network model to calculate the safety factor of rock slope was established,a computing program for this model was written based on MATAB and was used to forecast the safety factor of some rock slope.From the forecasted result,the forecasting accuracy of this model is very high and the calculating speed of the computing program is quick.So,this method can satisfy the need of the rock and soil engineering.
