In this paper, the investment strategies of mineral enterprises are classed into three kinds of basic types. Based on this, a converse demand function of mineral enterprises has been constructed. In view of the characteristic of competition of the o- riginal mineral preduets market and considering the dynamic response course of the market competitor, the game analysis models for choosing investment strategy based on incomplete information has been led. Through discussing the results of strategic choice, some guide meaningful conclusions had been gotten finally.
