Aiming at the present situation of colliery production management in our country, some problems related with excavation design, excavation plan, and excavation measure management are analyzed. The mathematic model of the corresponding management system is constructed and the dynamic management system of plans of excavation engineering in coal mines is developed. This system can solve the dynamic managed problem of the excavation data and the excavation graphs, integrate the management of excavation design, excavation plan and excavation measure so as to realize the dynamic management of excavation production in colliery. It is proved effective by some practical applications.
