    摘要:

    梅山铁矿通过小型试验、工业试验等方法,完成了尾矿再选、用尾矿制作建筑材料、固化堆放和浓缩脱水等研究工作。采用弱磁-强磁工艺每年选出铁精矿7万t;采用高压浓密-絮凝沉降工艺,底流浓度达到45%以上,解决了尾矿难沉降的问题;采用压滤工艺,解决了尾矿脱水的问题;用尾矿代替粘土烧制出了优质砖。

    Abstract:

    In Meishan iron mine. , some research works , such as railings dressing, building material production with railings, stack by solidification, and condensation dehydration, ect. ,have been done by small experiments and industrial experiments. By using the technique of weak magnetism - strong magnetism, the production of pure iron ore reaches seventy thousands tones. By using the technique of high - pressure condensation - flocculation sedimentation, the concentration of bottom flow is more than 45%, which conquers the difficulty of railings subsiding. By using the technique of pressure filtration, the problem of tailings dehydration is resolved. And tailings can be baked to high quality brick replacing clay.
