    摘要:

    针对我国露天转地下开采矿山尾矿排弃量大、库容积不足,新建尾矿库征地困难的现状,提出了露天转地下矿山利用露天采空区排放尾矿的技术方案。并以程家沟铁矿为例,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对该矿露天采空区南区排放尾矿和北区地下采矿的情况进行了数值模拟,分析了开挖过程中采场、隔离层和尾矿库边坡的应力、应变情况,并制定了相应的防渗措施。结果表明,该矿利用露天采空区排放尾矿是切实可行的,能够保证矿山的安全生产,其研究成果对减少尾矿库占地,节省尾矿库的建设投资和维护费用,降低由于尾矿带来的环境污染具有现实的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In view of the discharge quantity of taihngs is great, the capacity of railings reservoir is insufficient and land acquisition is difficult for building new railings reservoir in the mine of transition from open pit to underground in China, the technical project of using open mined area for discharging railings is brought forward. The authors adopt finite element analysis software - ANSYS to simulate the railings discharge into the south of open mined - out area while underground mining is made in the north area in Chengjiagou Iron Mine, analyze the stress and strain of stope, isolation layer and rock slope of railings reservoir during mining ore, and suggest appropriate precautions against leakage. The result indicates that it is practical to use the open mined - out area for discharging railings and can ensure safe in production of the mine. The results of the study are of practical guidance significance for reducing the land used for tailings reservoir, saving construction investment and maintenance cost of railings reservoir and decreasing environmental pollution caused by railings.
