Abstract:In this paper, authors analyze the problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resource in China, then, taking the heating engineering of a development of Tianjin City for example, approach the relations between the exploitation and transformation of geothermal wells, finally, put forward some scientific measures for the exploitation and transformation of geothermal wells: (1) implementing the total amount and intensity controls of geothermal resource mining based on dynamic parameters; (2) adopting the technologies of cascaded utilization of geothermal resource to increased its utilization factor; (3) playing equal attention to the exploitation and transformation of geothermal wells; and (4) optimizing layout of geothermal wells. It is concluded that the sustainable exploitation and utilization of geothermal resource will yield good economic returns and social benefits.
