In this paper, starting with Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) for modern process industry, the modern flat management mode is introduced into the management of modern cement raw material quarry enterprises, so that the intermediate links of management are reduced, and the information feedback and online optimization between management layer and field process control layer are achieved, consequently, the some problems such as information, integration, intensivism of modern quarry enterprises are solved. This is not only to provide a new thought for implementing the management innovation of modern quarry enterprises, but also provide an important reference case with others manufacturing enterprise.
