Based on the analysis method and model used for complex system of structure, accident causes have been classified. We classify the nine kinds of accident cause into five layers with the relationship between different layers definite. Relationship of causes within the same layer has been analyzed in details. This research provides a new way for accidents prevention and analysis, also has some reference values to improve safety management level.
