In order to reduce the impurity, concentrate the sulphur and improve the sulphur grade, field commercial test study has been carried out. Sulphur has been concentrated in two open ways, and higher and lower sulphur preparation concentrates are both gained. The average indexes of 21 shifts are: mineral product rate of high sulphur 39.82%, sulphur grade 37.55%, MgO grade 0.582%, sulphur grade of low sulphur ore 28.71%. It also puts forward re-rubing the preparation concentrate to increase monomer dissociation degree against commercial test problems, the system reliability test has been carried out, and also the improvement scheme of whirlcone to classify and extract sulphur is explored.
