The sustainable development of coal industry is a large complex dynamic system. For multiobjective dynamic plan and decision from exploration, reserves management and exploitation of coal resource, transportation of coal by network to network to the environment and ecological protection in mining area, it is necessary to develop Mine Geographic Information System(MGIS) based on GIS technique. This paper introduces the construction of MGIS in Pindingshan Coal Mining Group.
