    摘要:

    对冲击磨料磨损研究的传统方法是从实验或实物检测入手,推导出经验公式或结论,而作者另劈蹊径,一方面运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立与实验务件基本一致的分析模型,仿真冲击磨料磨损实验的全过程,通过有限元计算获得磨料与磨损面相互冲击时的各项力学参量,结合磨料与磨损表面材质的物理性能,直接分析磨损表面的失效行为,并从力学的角度对磨损失重机理进行分析研究,从而实现了冲击全部过程的数字仿真;另一方面运用一组实验来模拟分析条件下的冲击磨料磨损工况,从而验证了有限元分析的结论。

    Abstract:

    The conventional methods of researching impact abrasive wearing often commences from experiments or real object examinations, then deduces an empirical formula or conclusions. In this dissertation, the author uses the analysis software ANSYS to establish models in accordance with the conditions of impact wearing test, and simulates the whole process of the test. On the basis of the finite element calculation by ANSYS, the mechanical data of different abrasive grains and impact wearing surface has been obtained when they impact each other. In combination with the physics characteristic of wearing terrain, a direct analysis of deterioration and wearing character has been made. On the other hand, a systematic wearing experiment has been made to imitate working circumstances of impact abrasive frication wear, which verifies the calculations obtained from finite element calculating by ANSYS.
