    摘要:

    选煤厂的煤泥水中微细粒含量多,且微细粒难以自然沉降。分析了用合适的凝聚剂絮凝剂促使煤泥水中微细粒沉降的作用机理。通过试验,确定了凝聚剂和絮凝剂的最佳药剂配比,以加速煤泥水中微细粒在浓缩机中的沉降,降低溢流浓度。生产应用表明,该方法简单,处理效果好,可满足洗水闭路循环清水洗煤的要求。

    Abstract:

    the wastewater from coal dressing has high fine particle which is difficult to naturally subside. This paper analyzes the action mechanism of promoting settling of fine particle in coal dressing wastewater by use of suitable coagulant and flocculate. Through testing, reagent ratios of coagulant and flocculate have been selected for accelerating the settlement of coal dressing wastewater and lowering thickness of overflow. The practical application has shown that the method is simple, can obtain good results and help to realize clear water wash coal and closed circuit the circulation of washing water.
