Xiaoyi Bauxite Mine has obtained some achievements in land restoration for the recent decade. But, for some reasons, it still can't get into the positive development circle. This paper analyzes the situation of land restoration in Xiaoyi Mine, discusses the root causes, and the means to solve the problem, puts forward some proposals to finally realize the positive development circle of land restoration in Xiaoyi mine, such as optimizing the techniques and equipments used in land restoration, lightening the enterprise burden to some extent; taking the flexible reclamation policy under government's supervision.
