易自燃煤层综放开采采准巷道支护技术研究

    摘要:

    采准巷道支护问题一直是矿井研究的课题之一。结合耿村煤矿易自燃煤层的开采条件,提出了控制、减小采区上山巷道变形的具体措施;研究指出易自燃煤层综放开采回采平巷变形破坏的主要原因是:上方小煤矿开采后造成底部回采平巷积水,国岩软化后巷内基本支架钻底,支架工作阻力低。认为应将全煤回采平巷布置在煤层底板煤矸互叠层上方,并采用加强支护措施,以保证巷道的正常使用。研究成果已在耿村煤矿综放开采中得到了推广实施,取得了预期效果。

    Abstract:

    The supporting problems of preparation roadway and gateway have been one of the important research subjects in Chinese collieries. According to the mining condition of the easily spontaneous combustion coal seam in Gengcun Colliery, the authors put forward some concrete measures to control and reduce the roadway deformation of stope raise. Through the reaschering, it is pointed out that the main reasons for the deformation and damage of stoping roadways of fully mechanized sublevel caving mining in the easily spontaneous combustion coal seam are as follows: water accumulating in the bottom stoping roadways caused by the above small collieries mining, basic supports entering into the floor of roadways and the working resistance of the supports decreasing after the surrounding rock of roadways softening. It is considered that the coal roadways should be situated on the surface of coal and rock mutual overlapped seams and the support measures should are strengthen to ensure the regular use of roadways.. The research achievements have been put into the practices of fully mechanized sublevel caving and received expectant effect.
