Mineral industry is the foundation of national economy, and the perfection of the mineral market is dependent on the objective and efficient evaluation of value of mineral right. This paper illustrates the connotation of value of mineral right, and from the point of the types of asset value, fully analyzes the basic methods and existent problems of the cost method, the profitability method and the market method, all of which belong to the normal asset evaluation method.
