In this paper, taking Shanxi Aluminum Works for example, the importance and effectiveness upon emancipating and developing productive forces in enterprise is discussed from the following four aspects: realizing recombination of assets, adjusting the structure of the property right and reforming management system, enhancing the competition consciousness of personnel and forming encouragement and bind mechanism, accelerating technological innovation and enhancing the science and technology level.
