The author analyzed and summarized that after the current of series 160KA was intensified to 165KA It had to take the control of aluminum level as the center, reasonably adjust other technical conditions and introduce new competitive mechanism into production so as to ensure smooth production of series 160KA and obtain some experiences in production management with ideal economic indexes.
