The balance in the original water/electricity/steam supply systems was broken down with the rapid increasing of the production of aluminum oxide. In order to seek new balance and improve the quality and efficiency of work in the case of increasing production without increasing labor force, the concept of zero defect management was practised for several years, resulting in good effects.
