    摘要:

    原料浆槽搅拌以空气搅拌和挂链搅拌为多,采用这种搅拌方式,其运行费用较高、搅拌质量不佳。因此,必须研发新型机械搅拌。以山东分公司特种氧化铝厂分解槽和选精矿料浆槽为例,详细阐述了新型机械搅拌的研发过程和方法,新设备运行效果良好,顶底固含差小于5%,每台可节约投资143万元。

    Abstract:

    We used to use either air agitators or hung-chain agitators in vessels in our corporation, but the operating cost was very high and agitating quality was not good. So, it is essential to abandon outdated agitators and empolder new mechanical agitators. Taking the agitators used in dissolving vessels and slurry vessels in our corporation for example, this text introduces in detail the study steps of new mechanical agitators: determining install types and blade stages according to the vessel body; pre-selecting the agitator configuration according to material property and agitating purpose; analyzing blade structure and confirming blade dimension; confirming baffle quantity and its dimension; calculating agitating power and rotating speed, confirming agitating shaft diameter and other parameters.
