    介绍微孔精密过滤机处理重金属废水新技术。采用微孔PE管压滤机可对化学处理后的重金属废水进行高效精密固液分离与污泥脱水。微孔PE管精密过滤机过滤分离效率高、效果稳定,重金属废水经一次过滤可达到排放要求,能对污泥脱水,渣干度达30%~40%,操作迅速、方便、机械化程度高,使用寿命长,占地面积小,动力消耗省。国内已有1000多家企业成功应用。

    Abstract:

    The novel technology for wastewater containing heavy metal ions disposal by application the micro-porous filter is described. The heavy metal ions wastewater chemically disposed is filtered to separate the solid and the filtrate, and the cake is dewatered by use of the micro-porous filter. The separate efficiency of the micro-porous filter is high and steady. The filtrate is consonant with the discharging requirement. The water content of the cake is 30%~40%. The operation is automatic, fast and convenient, and the equipment is long in service life, less in occupied field and power consumption. It is successfully applied to more than one thousand domestic factories.
