    摘要:

    我国铝用炭素工业由于技术水平不高,局部装备落后,致使产品质量难以与世界发达国家相比。表现在预焙阳极的体积密度低、电阻率大,抗压强度低,炭渣脱落度大,净耗高;铝用阴极的抗钠浸蚀较差,热膨胀率较高,电阻率较大,致使电解槽炉底变形,寿命较短。为此探讨了我国铝用炭素的发展方向,并叙述了在工艺技术方面和设备选择方面应采取的措施。

    Abstract:

    The present technical situation and problems in production of carbon used in aluminum reduction in China is analyzed.The products are not as good as those produced in developed countries due to backward in technology and some equipment.As for the prebaked anode,bulk density is low,electric resistance high,compressive strength low,and abscission of carbon slag high,resulting in high net carbon consumption in aluminum reduction(e.g.450-48 kg/t-al,while 390-420 kg/t-Al in foreign aluminum smelters);and as for cathode block,resistance to sodium penetration is low,heat expansion rate high,electric resistance high,resulting in deformation of pot bottom and shorter service life(e.g.less than 1200 days for higher amperage prebaked anode pots,while 2500-3000 days for foreign pots) .In order to improve the product quality and reach or surpass the advanced world level,the development direction in production in production of carbon used for aluminum reduction in China is proposed and measures to be taken in process technology and equipment selection are discussed.
