    摘要:

    简单介绍了煤矸石制取空心砖的现状及弊端,阐述了制浆造纸行业的现实困境及其应对措施,并对亚硫酸铵法制浆造纸与传统的火碱法制浆造纸进行了较详细的对比。提出应用超重力技术吸收煤矸石制砖产生的SO2,制取亚铵法制浆造纸所需的亚硫酸铵药剂,从而解决造纸行业资源短缺的困窘,建立起一条绿色产业链,最大限度地利用资源和减少对环境的负面影响,实现工业的可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    In the paper, the present situation and malpractice of utilizing coal gangue to make hollow brick were simply introduced, the actual plight and countermeasures of pulping and papermaking industry were expounded, the ammonium sulfite ((NH 4) 2SO 3 ) pulping process was compared with the traditional soda pulping process in detail. The solution was put forward that the hyper-gravity technique is used to recover the SO 2 from the flue gas produced by making brick with coal gangue, so as to produce the (NH 4) 2SO 3 reagent needed by the (NH 4) 2SO 3 pulping process of papermaking, extricate papermaking industry from the straitened circumstances of the shortage of the resource, establish a green industrial chain, utilize the resource to the utmost, reduce the unfavorable influences on environment, and realize the sustainable development of industry.
