Abstract:According to technical characteristics of a cement raw material mine, the graded layer control structure for its production system was designed, based on the distributed control technology with microcomputer and field bus control technology. In view of the uncertainty, nonlinearity, time lagging of production subsystems and the relations between the subsystems etc., the combination of modern control technology and neural network control technology was adopted to the base layer, and the complexly integrated intelligent control technology based on adaptive genetic algorithm etc. was adopted to the coordination and optimization layer so as to achieve the global optimization of the production system of a mine. The system simulation based on intelligent technology and "simulink" was also used, so that the stability and reality of the control of the production system could be assured.
