The composition of mining field resources information is very complicated. In order to realize a quick and dynamic visualization processing of these complicated data information, the mine management information system based on Client/Server and Browser/Server hybrid architecture was designed. The system functions, software structure and data base design are described. The bottle-neck problem on the network data flow is discussed and the methods used to solve the problem on quickening the access speed are presented.
