    摘要:

    过去,在矿山边坡、建筑和采石等工程施工中,大多采用QZ100K型、QZJl00B型三角支架潜孔钻机。但这类钻机的减速箱存在体积大、笨重、传递扭矩小、效率低等问题。为了解决这些问题,长沙矿山研究院机械厂研制了与QZ100KJS型钻机配套的减速箱。该减速箱采用两级行星齿轮传动,具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、传递扭矩大等特点。投入使用后,展示了其良好的技术性能。

    Abstract:

    In the past years, Models QZ100K and QZ100B tripod DTH drills were used in the construction of most works such as open-pit side, building and quarrying etc. However, the problems on the reduction gearbox for this type of drills lie in large volume, heavy weight, small transmission torque and low efficiency etc. In order to solve these problems, the reduction gearbox, which matches Model QZ100KJS drill, was developed by The Machinery Factory, Changsha Institute of Mining Research. This reduction gearbox is driven with the two-stage planet gears, and features compact structure, small volume, low weight and great transmission torque etc. After putting into operation, its good technical performance has been shown.
