    摘要:

    宝山铁矿公司为了改变过去人浮于事,效益不佳,职工责任心不强的弊端,实行了改制,将原企业变成了股份制公司。经改制后,公司实行了精简机构,减员增效;实行工程承包;引进外资;实行产量与工资挂钩;开拓销售渠道等举措,充分调动了广大职工的生产积极性,使得生产成本降低,企业效益大增,进而使企业发生了深刻的变化,步入了良性循环。

    Abstract:

    In Baoshan Iron Ore Corporation, overstaffedness, poor profitability, irresponsibility of the working staff have been the neck-bottles for development. To solve these problems, the business operating system has been changed and the original enterprise has been turned into a share holding company. Through system change, many new initiatives have been introduced, such as streamlining the administrative structure, raising profitability by cutting staff size, exercising construction contracts, attracting foreign capital, relating salary to production output and expanding marketing channels. These initiatives have greatly motivated the staff, cut production cost, enhanced economic gains, thus brought profound change to the company and taken it to the sound cycle of economic activities.
