Abstract:This paper deals with several issues concerning parameter modifications for the FB140 analogue input/output package board in the computerized control system of electric-wheeled trucks, and discusses the influence of parameter adjustment on the dynamic process of the vehicles. In order to overcome start-failure of heavy-loaded trucks on rampways as well as shaking of the truck body, related parameters of the current feedback channel are adjusted and the relationship between parameter adjustment and other corresponding signals are discussed. The procedures described in the paper offer an effective solution ,to a extent, to the starting of the heavy-loaded vehicles on rampways and provide a reference to technicians and field maintenance personnel concerned.
