    摘要:

    根据相似理论,用混凝土制作爆破试件,并进行了空气耦合和水耦合装药的爆破试验。试验中测量了爆炸压力,得出了压力-历时曲线。对测量结果分析表明,水耦合装药爆破在被爆介质中产生的爆炸峰值压力较大,且持续时间较长、下降相对较慢,有峰值平台。这说明水耦合装药爆破的炸药能量利用率高,压力均匀,作用时间长,有利于预裂缝的形成,在合理的爆破参数下,水孔预裂爆破可取得满意效果。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of Similarity Theory, blasting specimen has been built using concrete. Blasting tests have been carried out under the conditions of air and water coupling charges, respectively. Blasting pressure has been measured during the tests and a pressure-duration curve has been obtained. Test results showed that a greater peak pressure has been obtained in the blasting media with water coupling charge. The peak lasted longer, with a low descending speed, and exhibited a peak platform. It was observed that the water coupling charge offers a higher utilization rate of detonation energy,more even distribution of pressure and longer exertion time.With rational blasting parameters, satisfactory results can be obtained for pre-split blasting of water-bearing holes.
