    摘要:

    白银有色金属公司深部铜矿的尾砂胶结充填系统利用安装于现场的密度计、差压液位器、智能固体流量计、电磁流量计和重锤式料位等,实时检测充填过程中立式砂仓的放砂浓度和料位、搅拌桶的液位、放砂流量和浓度、水泥仓的水泥下料流量。检测仪表模拟信号经A/D转换输至控制系统供计算机控制系统显示和计算,计算机将输入值与参数设定值进行比较计算,计算结果经D/A转换后,输出为控制信号,驱动招待机构调节各种物理量,从而实现充填料制备过程的全自动检测和控制。

    Abstract:

    In the Deep Copper Mine of Baiying Nonferrous Metals Corporation, the tailings cemented backfill mining system has been adopted in which density meter,differential pressure liquid level meter,intelligent solid flow meter,electromagnetic flow meter and weight-loaded level indicator are installed on-site to on-time measure the tailings discharge concentration and the level of the vertical tailings bin, the liquid level,the tailings discharge flow and the concentration of the agitating tank, as well as the delivery flow of the cement bin. The analogue signals from these meters , after an A/D conversion, are sent to the control system for computerized control, display and calculation. The computer will compare the input with pre-set parameters. The calculation results, after D/A conversion, will be output as control signals which drive the execution system to regulate various physical parameters. Therefore, fully automatic monitoring and control can be realized for the preparation process of the filling slurry.
