Abstract:This paper describes the slope sliding mass in the bottom wall in the Nanfen Iron Surface Mine as well as its current failing situation. A deep insight is made into the factors affecting slope stability and into the contributors to the formation of the slope sliding mass. Measures are proposed for control of the sliding.
