Primary crushing-feeding system and feeding equipment are key components of a quarrying process. Availability and reliability of the feeding equipment will exert great influence on production and operating profit. This paper describes the newly developed vibration feeder and its application in Honghualing Quarry, Shenzhen. Application shows that the new vibration feeder offers great capacity and features simple structure, low investment, low maintenance, superior operating performances and big adaptability.
