This paper expounded on that ideological and political work must serve the reform and production of enterprise and must be closely combined with the managerial work of enterprise,the management should fully utilize modern scientific payoffs and technical means for education in recreation and various activities,and emphasised that the ideological and political work of enterprise should be done by CP organization,administration,trade union and youth league together.
