Younger intellectuals' healthy growth are receiving the concern and attention of the whole society.It has a realistic significance that mine administration shall lead the younger intellectuals to the road for healthy growth in the light of the specificity of mining work so as to promote their quicker growth.The author made an approach to the issue on the basis of the managerical practice of his own unit and in combination with younger intellectuals' some specialities.
