Daliangzi Lead Zinc Deposit in Huidong is a rarely Seen high grade deposit in China, to ascertain the cause of its formation is of great significance to ore finding in future.This paper discussed the cause of the mineral formtaion of the deposit by means of analyzing the deposit properties.
