Based on the existing computer management system of instruments and equipment in Changsha Institute of Mining Research, the existing hardware and software systems are improved to and extend the software better the print output function. As a result, the requirements of instruments/equipment accounts and report forms were met by the Institute. Meanwhile, the flexibility, practicability and managemental efficiency of daily work were improved.
