The charging indices for structure blasting were regarded as a grey system in this paper, which considered the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to various charging indices under different-degrees action in the system, utilized the whitened information of the system and brought personal subjective initiative into full play, thereby getting the results of policy-decision analysis more conformed to actual situation.
