    摘要:

    在大颗粒物料垂直管道上向输送系统的设计中,准确地确定被输送固液混合物的最小输送呜呼节约能耗均有重要意义。本文提出了一的的试验方法,可测定颗粒在垂直上的输送管道的浮游速度。利用测定的浮游速度来确定大颗粒在生趣管道内的最小输送速度,并总结了在一定颗粒粒级和体积浓度范围的经验计算公式,该方法也可广泛地应用于确定其它大颗粒物了小输送速度。

    Abstract:

    In the design of hydraulic vertical piping lifting system for large-size particle material, the accurate determination of minimal transporting velocity of the lifted solid-liquid mixture is of importance to both preventing the blocking in piping and ruducing the power consumption. A new test method is presented in this paper. By using this test method, the floating velocity of the particles in a vertical piping can be derterminde. The dertermined floating velocity was used to determine the minimal transporting velocity of the test larg-size particles in vertical lifting piping. The empirical formula used for calculating minimal transporting velocity of the large-size particle material in some particle size and volume concentation ranges is presented. This method can be widely used to determine the minimal transporting velocity of other large-size particle material in the hydraulic vertical lifting piping.
