In an investigation in the teaching research planning of the research centres such as mining and geology etc in Paris, the author analyzes the active teaching research task & planning and new strategy of the mining field in France, and describes the impacts of modem high-new technology on the mining industry in the highly industrialized coun-tries , including new problems and new task faced by the mining research workers as well as new measures which should be taken. This paper provides a referential experience and new thinking method for the same professional in China.
