As for removing the pass blocks, the authors put forward the cumulative charges blasting method different from wood-rod or bamboo-rod supporting charge blasting and rocket blasting,discuss the cumulative energy principle of charges, derive the equations of explosive loaded in the cumulative charge, and take some examples to illus-trate that this blasting method has advantages of safe operation, quick removing blocks and less men and materials etc, This method is of referential importance to removing the pass blocks in other mines.
