In order to solve the problems on roof-contact filling and short filling mate-rials etc in Fenghuangshan copper mine, the mine cooperating with west-North Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Research made a test of high-water quick consolidated filling with single piping unclassified tailings and obtained a satisfactory result. One agitating tank for filling slurry preparation and the single pipeline for filling slurry transport were used in the test. This results in a new breakthrough in high-water quick consolidated filling materi-als.
