The technical reform in sublevel cemented fill stoping with waste rock, which is planned to use for mining the south side orebelt in Fengshan copper mine, has been made. Once cut blasting and extrusion blasting without reserved space were success-fully conducted in the process of this technical reform. These blasting technologies and several problems to which should be paid attention are described.
